Pub Theology - Wed April 9th, 7:00pmOur next Pub Theology gathering which will take place on Wednesday, April 9th at 7:00pm at Lost Planet Brewing in Royersford. Our Topic for the evening will be: Religion(s): Ours and Others. Here are a few possible discussion questions: ICEBREAKER: What is your favorite family tradition? Have you ever visited a worship service of another religion? What was that like? How would the world be worse without religion? How would it be better? Do all religions ultimately point to the same God? Why or why not? How do you come to a belief in one religion over another? By environment, experience, research, or divine intervention? Are religious teachings knowledge? Should they have the same weight in the public square as history, mathematics and science?
All are welcome to attend and if you plan to do so please RSVP by clicking the link below. Hope to see you then.

Church App Features New Readers ScheduleThe St James Church app is a great resource for members of the church. Through one app, you can make your weekly/monthly tithes, access past worship videos, read our Kids Connect and Youth blogs, read the daily Devotions and keep up with ministry activities. The app also features 4 calendars: Our main Events calendar on the home page lets you see worship times and other special events like Dinner Church and Bible Study opportunities. Our Youth/Kids calendar includes the Confirmation class schedule, VBS dates and other special family activities. The Stream Team volunteer assignment schedule is visible if you click “MORE”. We added a new calendar for Worship Lectors, aka Readers, also on the “MORE” page. The Readers schedule identifies who is reading at which service. We hope to begin publishing the scripture in this calendar as well, making it easy for you to access your reading assignment. We even have a link to the Bible in the app for additional reading! Try the app today! What else can you discover?
